Over the past 30 days, the database has recorded an influx of 1,550 new listings, demonstrating the vibrancy of the market.

Delving deeper into the newly listed properties, 1,146 of them are rental listings, whereas 404 are properties available for sale. This breakdown highlights a clear supply rental properties in the market. Complementing this data, 8,019 listings remain pending, indicating properties that are awaiting further action or confirmation of availability from sellers, agents.
