At the heart of the RED's analytics report lies a total of 39,700 active listings. This figure represents the full spectrum of properties currently available for rent or sale. Over the past 30 days, the database has recorded an influx of 1,550 new listings, demonstrating the vibrancy of the market.
Delving deeper into the newly listed properties, 1,146 of them are rental listings, whereas 404 are properties available for sale.
